Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by the Honey Lake Valley Resource Conservation District (HLVRCD), 1516 Main Steet, Susanville, CA 96130. All sealed proposals must be received and time recorded prior to 5:00 P.M., PST on September 19th, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Deep Cut and Rush Complex Process-Based Stream Restoration project.

NOTICE OF AMENDMENT 1
On August 28th, 2025, the Honey Lake Valley Resource Conservation (HLVRCD) issued Amendment 1 to the Deep Cut and Rush Complex Process-Based Stream Restoration Request for Proposals (RFP). The key change in Amendment 1 is the extension of the bid submission deadline. Bids are now due by Friday, September 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. See below the official letter outlining this change.
