Notice is hereby given that the Honey Lake Valley Resource Conservation District (HLVRCD), 1516 Main Street, Susanville, CA 96130, will receive proposals for the hand treatment of the post-fire restoration project on Wingfield Road. All sealed proposals must be received and time recorded before 12:00 PM, PST, on June 23rd, 2025.
