Overview

The Apportionment Schedule identifies each water user's proportional share of costs associated with operating, maintaining, and administering the Susan River Watermaster Service. Apportionments are calculated and certified annually.

Purpose of the Apportionment

Apportionments ensure that the costs of providing water service are distributed fairly among water users based on established criteria.

Annual costs are allocated among water users based on water rights.  The total amount to be collected is divided among all eligible parcels according to the approved apportionment formula.
