The Honey Lake Valley Resource Conservation District (HLVRCD) is accepting applications for the position of a Post Fire Recover Project Coorindator. Funding for this position was secured via USFS grant funds to help private land owners in need of wildfire recovery efforts within Lassen County that were affected by the wildfires that occured during 2019-2021. This “at will” position includes paid leave and is supervised by the HLVRCD District Manager.

The Post Fire Recovery Project Coordinator will oversee the coordination of the Resource Conservation District’s (RCD) fire recovery program - including landowner outreach, needs assessment, technical assistance, project design, environmental compliance, project monitoring and oversight, working with partners and contractors, grant management, reporting and seeking new funding opportunities to complement fire recovery work.

This position is based out of Susanville, CA.
