This prospectus is intended to solicit bids from potential contractors interested in performing riparian and meadow restoration tasks to the specifications provided below and in Exhibit B. The Susanville Ranch Park Mountain Meadow Restoration project (SRP MMRP) is designed to restore stream and meadow habitat and the ecological communities they support by installing low-tech, process-based restoration (LTPBR) structures such as Beaver Dam Analog structures (BDAs) and Post Assisted Log structures (PALs). The desired outcome is to initiate restoration of natural processes that self-sustain healthy valley bottoms and riparian habitats.

The project is located northwest of the community of Susanville, in Township 30 North, Range 12 East, portions of Sections 19 & 30 Mount Diablo Base and Meridian (MDBM) in Lassen County, California.  Access is available from Meadow View Drive.
